The Full Planning & Design service offers everything that our "Partial Planning" and "Day Of"  package offers and more. In addition to handling every little detail, I’ll supervise all vendor meetings, site visits, tastings, dress fittings—as much as you need me, I am here for you.

Full Planning & Design Package


With the Full Planning & Design I handle everything. Yes everything!  Simply give me your budget, priorities and wish list and together we’ll design the most exquisite wedding you can imagine. Of course, it all begins with an in depth consultation to go over your style and establish your vision for the day. 

Let us help guide the way with our Full service collection which is meant to give you peace of mind and step by step guidance in creating your perfect wedding day. We will assist you with everything from choosing a venue and hand picking vendors to being present at vendor meetings so that we become the expert of your event and can partner together to create a wedding day style that is uniquely you. We will manage every aspect of the planning process and your wedding day to ensure a flawless and fabulous event!

Guidance with wedding etiquette

Provide guidance and sample text for printed materials including: Save the Date, Invitations and RSVP's

Coordinate all printed materials

Discuss family information, special seating requirements, processional and recessional order. Help create a wedding day program, and provide information on where to obtain a marriage license


Present Venue options for rehearsal dinner, ceremony & reception


Wedding design advice and execution such as: Floral décor, rentals, lighting, specialty printing, catering, bar services, cakes and desserts, ceremony and  reception  entertainment, officiates, attire, photography, videographer, transportation, accommodations, hair styling and beauty, favors, welcome baskets and various gifts

One Month prior to Wedding Date
Finalize all details with bride and groom
Distribute a comprehensive time line of ceremony and reception proceeding to wedding couple as well as wedding professionals
Confirm final payment details due prior and on wedding day for distribution

Rehearsal

Attend rehearsal to meet the members of the bridal party and families and direct rehearsal according to determined ceremony proceedings.
Provide ceremony layout for officiate and groomsmen to assist in 




Partial Planning & Design Package


Our Partial planning collection is a great fit for couples who want to be hands on during the planning, but just don't have time to handle the logistics. We will keep you on track during the planning process by sending timely checklists, reviewing contracts, choosing rentals and managing vendor payments in addition to all the essentials that come with planning and executing the wedding day. This package ensures that everything will be buttoned up before your event, allowing you to be present in the moment and enjoy your big day.


​Limited to (4) meetings in person before the wedding. One of the four meetings must be at your venue, so we can walk through and you can tell me exactly how you envision your big day!

Includes an additional assistant (on wedding day)

Recommend Vendors in accordance with event budget and style

Unlimited phone and email communication/advice

Regularly check on client’s progress and to do list

Creation and advisement of budget

Advisement on menu planning

Attend tasting's (Maximum of 3)

Serve as point of contact/liaison for all vendors

Coordinate deliveries and installations of celebration in accordance with vendors

Coordinate distribution of final payments and gratuities

Provide event emergency kit(including sewing kit and stain remover)

Cue all music changes and speeches with Band/DJ

Cue Bride and Groom for: Announcements, First Dances, Cake Cutting, Garter and Bouquet Toss, ETC

Manage and remedy all moment to moment challenges

Attend final meeting with client and collect all celebration elements

Provide a detailed timeline for vendors and  for family and VIP guest

After the wedding, I will collect everything and make sure all items have been returned to the Bride and Groom, or a designated family member.

Final walk through of venue at end of event to make sure nothing has been left behind and the venue is left in the same condition is was found in. Checking out with venue staff at the end of the evening to ensure no additional fees will be assessed to Bride and Groom.

Access to Aisle Planner Program. An interactive program that allows you to create a budget, time line, guest list, organize all of your vendors and payments, and stay on track with a monthly check list. You can even create a design board very similar to Pinterest. I also have access to this program and can check in on your progress.





Day Of Package


Our Day of Coordination services begin one month prior to your wedding day and are comprehensive, to allow us to produce a quality event with a cohesive timeline, final planning meeting and excellent communication with vendors.  This is perfect for the client who has everything lined up and simply needs a trusted event coordinator to review and execute their plans.


Limited to (2) meetings in person before the wedding. One of the two meetings must be at your venue, so we can walk through and you can tell me exactly how you envision your big day!

This could be to meet with your vendors and you, or it could just be a one on one meeting to discuss details of your wedding and to answer any questions you might have during the planning process.
